Field operations and maintenance are accomplished by a private contractor that is on 24-hour call. In the event of a water or sewer mainline emergency, please contact the District at (303) 986-3442 for emergency response.
Note that property owners are responsible for the water and sewer line starting from the tap on the District's main line to the building. In instances where the issue is known to be the property owner's responsibility, a local plumber should be contacted. Any work occurring outside of the home requires the plumber/contractor to be licensed with the District.

Bear Creek Water & Sanitation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Bear Creek Water & Sanitation District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
